Arrival in Paro, you will be received by our representative, and get transfer to pre-booked hotel at Thimphu. Do check in at hotel relax for some time if time permits can visit city sightseeing. Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Morning after breakfast we explore Thimphu, we can visit Handmade paper mill, School of Arts and crafts (closed on Sundays, government holidays) ,Folk Heritage Museum and National Library. After lunch, visit Buddha viewpoint, Changangkha Lhakhang, Zilukha Nunnery. Overnight in Thimphu.
After breakfast we check out from the hotel and drive back to Paro where we do check in at hotel and relax for some time after that we can visit the National Museum which has the collection of religious painting, 17 century Paro Dzong (Fortress) on foot and continue to walk through the oldest wooden bridge that is still in use. Evening explore the local stroll and market and later return to hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast we hike to Tiger’s Nest Temple which take 2 hours to reaching at the most revered temple in country. The history of temple is associated with Guru Rimpoche who visited in 8th Century and it’s here there that he madidate in this cave for 3 months and converted the entire valley in Buddhism. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Morning breakfast, we drop you at airport to board the flight to your onward journey. Take away unforgettable memories off Bhutan.
