Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Haridwar – Barkot / Kharsali (210 Kms : 7:30 hrs / 250 Kms: 8-9 hrs)

Morning arrived at Haridwar railway station we pick you from there and we departs to Barkot / Kharsali. On the way we can see the magnificent views of Bandar Punch. Arriving at Barkot, check –inn at hotel relaxes and sees mountains and also save your energy for next day trek. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Barkot / Kharsali – Yamunotri (45 Kms : 2 hrs + 5 Kms trek each side) – Barkot/Kharsali (5 Kms trek + 45 Kms : 2 hrs)

Morning breakfast / packed breakfast, depart (5/6 am) leave for Jankichatti, trek starts from here to Yamunotri (6kms). On arrival the vehicle will leave you at parking point and you can start your trek by walking or can hire Horse/Doli (cost not included). Yamunotri (altitude 3,291 m), the western most first shrine of the Char Dhams, is dominated by Bandar punch (6,361 m). Yamunotri is the origin of the river Yamuna, the twin sister of Varna, the Lord of Death. Yamuna is also the daughter of Surya the Sun. The actual source of the river originates from Champasar Glacier 1 km ahead of the shrine, at an altitude of 4,321 mts. On arrival at Yamunotri, purchase Prasad from local small shops, then proceeds to a holy dip in a natural hot water spring or in river Yamuna (icy cold water). One can cook rice in “Surya Kund” (hot water spring), dipping in a cloth and take cooked rice home as Prasad. Puja can be offered to the mythological“Divya Shila”. Take blessings of Mata Yamuna and trek down to Jankichatti. Later, we drive back to the hotel for a night stay.

Day 3 : Barkot / Kharsali – Uttarkashi (100 Kms : 4 hrs / 140 Kms: 6 hrs)

Today after breakfast we check out from the hotel and drive to Uttarkashi which is a small town situated on the bank of two rivers Varuna and Ashi where the water of both rivers flows into the Bhagirathi River. Reaching at Uttarkashi we refresh ourselves and then we can take some rest and then in the evening can come to visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva do darshan and puja and then we drive to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4 : Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 Kms : 4 hrs)

Today early in the morning have your breakfast and then we leave for Gangotri. En-route pass by Harshil Village, Hot water spring at Ganganani , Bhagirathi rock and see Bhagirathi river. Post Offering Puja and Darshan at Gangotri Temple Drive Back towards hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 : Uttarkashi – Dehradun (160 Kms : 6 hrs)

After having breakfast leave for Dehradun , arrival at Hotel do check-inn and take rest. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6 : Dehradun – Kedarnath – Badrinath – Dehradun

06: 00 Hrs. ETD from Sahastradhara Helidrome

Passengers to report at Sahastradhara Helidrome by 0500 Hrs..
In case flight is getting delayed due to NOTAM/delayed clearances/bad weather etc., we shall convey to the passengers in advance, so that they may report according to the delayed timings at the Helidrome.
Sersi / Phata we take the shuttle services for Kedarnath ji shrine from here.
Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in a shuttle services flight.
Passengers will be allowed maximum 02 hours for the darshan.
Once the darshan is done, we bring down the passengers to Sersi / Phata helipad.

Kedarnath – Badrinath
08 : 30 Hrs ETD from Seris /Phata Heli-Base
09 : 00 Hrs ETA at Badrinath Heli-Base

On arrival at Badrinath helipad, our staff will take the passengers for darshan in a car. Temple is around 15 mins away.
Approximately 01-1.5 hrs. will be allowed to passengers for darshan. And, no delays will be permitted, as our flights operate as per a schedule.
After darshan, passengers will be brought back to Badrinath helipad for their flight to Sahastradhara Helidrome.

11 : 30 Hrs ETA at Sahastradhara Helidrome

Having breakfast / Lunch passengers will check out from the hotel and will depart to Sahastradhara Helidrome.
On arrival at Sahastradhara Helidrome, our team will greet the guests. Later we drive back to hotel for and overnight stay.

Day 7 : Dehradun Depart

After having breakfast we check out form the hotel and we drive to Dehradun Airport to board the flight to your onward journey. Chardham Yatra ends here with lot of memories and blessings.

Payment Policy

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.
