Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Rishikesh – Chopta (280 Kms : 9 hrs)

  • Reach Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun in the morning from there we you will be transferred by private vehicle towards Chopta.
  • On the way you can visit Devprayag to see ‘Sangam’ of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers where it becomes the holy river, Ganga.
  • On the way visit the famous Goddess Dhari Devi Temple 15kms ahead to Srinagar.
  • Visit the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers at Rudrapryag.
  • Evening we reach at camps site check in at Camp, call it a day.
  • Enjoy lush green meadows, mountain peaks, call it a day.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Chopta.

    • Day 2 : Chopta – Tungnath (3 Kms : 4hrs) – Chandrashilla (2 Kms : 1 hrs) Excursion

  • Wake up early in the morning, see the panoramic views of mountains and have a healthy breakfast.
  • Get ready for 5 kms trek to Chandra Shilla Peak.
  • 3.5 kms to Tungnath the highest lord Shiva Temple, guide telling the famous important surroundings while we cross through the grassland and meadows.
  • Take blessing from Lord Shiva, you can proceed to a short trek to Chandra Shilla Peak.
  • At the top you can see the stunning 360° view of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks such as Nanda Devi, Bandarpunch, Chaukhamba, and Kedar Peak.
  • Seeing the Sunrise / Sunset from top it’s amazing experience.
  • Start your trek back towards Chopta.
  • Reaching at Chopta we drive towards camps site for overnight and dinner.

    • Day 3 : Chopta Depart

  • Wake up refresh yourself and have a delicious breakfast.
  • Pack your bags and do check-out formalities.
  • After that we drop you at Rishikesh /Haridwar/ Dehradun Railway station or airport to board the flight or train your onward journey.

    Inclusions

    • Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
    • Room Heater Charges.
    • Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the balance of the destinations.

    • If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.
    • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
    • Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
    • Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
    • Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
    • Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
    • Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.
    • Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
    • Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.

    Terms & Conditions

    Payment Policy

  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
  • Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

    • Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

    • Refund Policy

  • Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

    • If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

  • If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.
  • If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.
  • We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.
  • If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.

  • We are not responsible for any delay or emendations in the program or expense directly or indirectly cause due to Natural, flight delay or cancellation, accident, breakdown of transport, weathers, sickness, landslides, and other.
  • In hill areas driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life so kindly cooperate with us.
  • Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions/for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
