Tour Package Itinerary

Same Day : Arrive Srinagar – Fly to Cave Helipad – Srinagar

Arrive at Srinagar airport, guest will escorted to helicopter to boarding the flight, which will take 15-30mints approx to reaching at the Lower cave helipad (Neelgarth).
On arrival at the Lower cave helipad our crew members will gudie you to the holy cave and back , if you requiered palki/pony we will arrange it . Guest will be given 2 hrs for darshan. After darshan return to helipad and from there we fly back to Srinagar Airport and from there you can board the flight to your onward destination.

Exclusions

  • 5% GST & all Government Taxes.
  • Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, Baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
  • Tips and Porter charges.
  • Room Heater Charges.
  • Insurance.
  • If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
  • Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
  • Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
  • Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
  • Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.
  • Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
  • Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
  • Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.
  • Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
  • Refund Policy

  • Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.
  • If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

  • If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.
  • If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.
  • We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.
  • If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.

  • IIf you have any problem during your holidays, please call our representative immediately whom you have booked the travel package. He will resolve your query.
