Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Darjeeling (75 Kms : 3 hrs)

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.).On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure.Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 2 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (as per permit availability.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208
ft. Worlds’ 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering
Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), ‘Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view),
Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 3 : Mirik Excursion (49 Kms : 2 hrs one way)

After breakfast full day excursion trip to Mirik Lake (4,902 ft.) via Indo-Nepal Border (Extra vehicle charges will be applicable for Nepal Border to
Pasupati Market). Mirik is famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake, Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates. (One can do Boating on direct
payment basis in lake). In evening return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 4 : Darjeeling – NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (75 Kms : 3 hrs)

After breakfast Check-out from hotel and take the departure transfers to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.

Entrance Fees & Guide charges.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.
