Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Day 1: Arrival and Journey to Chopta (280 Kms : 9 hrs)

Arrive at Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun and meet your driver. Begin your scenic journey towards Chopta in a private vehicle.

En route visit following places:
Visit Devprayag, the sacred confluence of the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers that form the holy Ganges.
Dhari Devi Temple, located 15 km ahead of Srinagar.
Evening we reach at camps site check in at Camp, call it a day.
Witness the picturesque confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers at Rudraprayag.

Arrive at your campsite in Chopta. Check-in and unwind amidst the lush greenery and breathtaking mountain views.

Enjoy a hearty dinner and soak in the serene ambiance of the meadows.

Overnight stay in comfortable tents/camps.

Day 2 : Chopta – Tungnath (3.5 Kms : 4hrs) – Chandrashilla (1.5 Kms : 1 hrs) Excursion

Wake up early to enjoy the mesmerizing sunrise and panoramic mountain views.

Relish a healthy breakfast at the campsite.

Trek Highlights:
Tungnath Temple (3.5 km trek): Visit the world’s highest Shiva temple, surrounded by enchanting meadows and grasslands. Learn fascinating details about the region from your guide.
Chandrashila Peak (1.5 km further): Hike to the summit for stunning 360° views of Himalayan peaks like Nanda Devi, Bandarpunch, Chaukhamba, and Kedarnath.
Option to witness a spectacular sunrise or sunset from the summit for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Trek back to Chopta and return to your campsite.

Enjoy a delicious dinner and relax under the starlit sky.

Overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 3 : Departure

Wake up and enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Pack your bags and complete the check-out formalities.

Transfer back to Haridwar/Rishikesh/Dehradun Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey.

If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.

Payment Policy

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.
