Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi – Mussoorie (280 Kms : 8 hrs)

On arrival at the IGI airport, Delhi, we pick you from there and depart to Mussoorie for overnight stay.
Note : Guests are requested book their flight timings as per the above given time. If not possible then guest can direct come to houseboat from airport by booking their taxi or either we will arrange for them but it will direct pay by guest.

Day 2 : Mussoorie Sightseeing

Today after breakfast we go for local as Lal Tibba where you can see the breath-taking views of Himalayas, from there you can go to Mussoorie Lake, Bhatta falls. In the evening visit mall road and then Gun hill by cable car (Directly paid by Guest). Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 : Mussoorie – Dhanaulti – Mussoorie (35 Kms : 2 hrs)

Morning get up early and then we have to drive to Dhanaulti . Reaching at Dhanaulti , visit Surkanda Devi Temple, Eco Park and later we return to Mussoorie for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 : Mussoorie – Kempty fall (15 Kms : 1 hrs)

Morning after breakfast we visit Kempty Falls, spend time there and later return back to Mussoorie. In the evening visit Mall Road, library chawk, Lendor market after that return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 : Mussoorie – Delhi (280 Kms : 8 hrs)

Morning, breakfast, check-out form the hotel and drive towards IGI Delhi airport to board the return flight to your onward journey.

Inclusions

  • Accommodation on Twin sharing basis.
  • Meals Plan (MAPI) Daily breakfast & dinner. (Expect Breakfast on day 1 and dinner on day of departure).
  • 1 day Candle light dinner, Honeymoon Cake.
  • Fuel parking, toll taxes, Interstate taxes, permit, driver allowance, & night halt charges.
  • All Transfers, excursions & sightseeing as per the itinerary (except for the hill areas).

Exclusions

  • 5% GST & all Government Taxes.
  • Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, Baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
  • Tips and Porter charges.
  • Room Heater Charges.
  • Insurance.
  • If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
  • Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
  • Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
  • Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
  • Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.
  • Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
  • Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.

  • Cost arises due to change or delay in the flight timings. Traveloi Holiday India Pvt Ltd as a responsible travel partner try to minimize the impact but Traveloi Holiday India Pvt Ltd will not liable / responsible for such incidents.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
  • Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

    • Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

    • Refund Policy

  • Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

    • If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

  • If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.
  • If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.
  • We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.
  • If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.

    • If You Have A Complaint

  • IIf you have any problem during your holidays, please call our representative immediately whom you have booked the travel package. He will resolve your query.
