Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival Guwahati – Kaziranga (220 kms : 5 ½ hrs)

Arrival at Guwahati Airport/ Station, meet our representative and transfer to Kaziranga National Park famous for “One Horned Rhinoceros”. After reaching Kaziranga, check in to your hotel and relax. Evening free at leisure to explore nearby places. Overnight stay at Kaziranga .

Day 2 : Kaziranga National Park

Early morning go for Elephant ride at 5-30 A.M / 6: 30 A.M./ 7 :30 A.M.( Subject to allotment from forest department) . Return for Breakfast to hotel after that proceed for Jeep safari in the Central Range. With Kohora as the entry point, the Central Range covers the Daphlang and Kathpora. Return to the hotel overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Note : Elephant rides are all regulated and controlled by the forest Dept. Govt. of Assam. We do not have any control on the booking. Elephant rides & Jeep safari are subject to availability only with additional cost.

Day 3 : Kaziranga National Park – Shillong (280 kms : 6- 7 hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Shillong which is call the ‘Scotland of the East”. Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake which is surrounded by sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel and relax. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 4 : Shillong – Cherrapunjee – Shillong (60 kms : 2 hrs-One way drive each side)

After breakfast leave for sightseeing tour to Cherrapunji, which known as the most rainfall place. We can visit the Seven Sisters (Nohsngithiang) Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later take a short walk to Mawsmai Cave a limestone cave. After that we drive back to Shillong for overnight stay.
Note : Waterfalls are dry in winter season.

Day 5 : Shillong – Mwallynong – Dawki – Shillong (100 kms: 3 ½ hrs One way drive each side)

After breakfast we drive to Mwallynong, Asia cleanest village and it’s also known as ‘God’s own Garden’. Take a village tour and visit the Balancing Stone, living-root bridge. Later drive to Dawki, a village where the Jaintia community lives and their prime occupation is fishing. Enjoy the natural beauty of Umngot river in which you see the crystal-clear water where you can do the boating. Be at two places at once at the International Border of India and Bangladesh. Later return to overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 6 : Shillong – Guwahati (110 kms: 3 ½ hrs)

After breakfast we check out from the hotel and visit Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lake, later Transfer to Guwahati. Arrive at Guwahati check in at hotel and relax. Later in the evening you can explore the local markets by own. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 7 : Shillong – Guwahati (110 kms: 3 ½ hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel, visit Kamakhya Temple (If time permit- depends upon departure timings) – (Temple open Timings- 08:00 A.M till 01:00 P.M & 03:00 P.M till it’s gets dark ). Later you’ll be transferred to Guwahati Airport / Railway station to board the flight / train to your onward journey. Tour ends with lots of memories.

  • Accommodation on Twin sharing basis.
  • Meals Plan (MAPI) Daily breakfast & dinner. (Expect Breakfast on day 1 and dinner on day of departure).
  • Fuel parking, toll taxes, Interstate taxes, permit, driver allowance, & night halt charges.
  • All Transfers, excursions & sightseeing as per the itinerary .
  • Vehicles as per group size on Sharing basis ((Xcent/Etios/Dzire/Aura/Tata Zest / etc) for 2-3 pax; SUV (Ertiga / Xylo / Marazzo etc) for 4-5 Pax & Tempo Traveller for 7-09 pax (Please note that AC will be switched off during hills ).
  • Vehicle is not at disposal .
  • Entire travel as per the itinerary.

Exclusions

  • Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5% .
  • Entrance at any monument/museums or any other activity fees which is not mentioned in the package should be directly borne by guest.
  • Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel.
  • Any personal expense such as laundry, telephone calls, Tips, mineral water, soft & hard drink, porterages.
  • Anything not mentioned in ‘Package Inclusions’
  • Medical and travel insurance.
  • Room Heater Charges.
