On arrival at Leh airport, you will meet our representative /driver and transfer to pre-booked hotel. Since you are arriving at 11000ft, you are advised to take rest & drink ample water, you should not do any activity on this day. Take rest and acclimatize yourself to high altitude. Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast, we will drive thorugh alongside of Indus River to Sangam valley, where we can witness the conflicts of Zanskar & Indus River. En-route we visit Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill and Hall of Fame known as the Kargil war museum, Shanti Stupa. Return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Today breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Nubra Valley through Khardung La pass, which is the highest motorable road at 18,832 feet. Khardung La pass is witnessing the beauty of valley for its snow-capped mountains & amazing views. The road passes through a bridge laid on Glacier which is register in Guinness Book of world records and visit the Diskit Monastery which the oldest and largest Gompa in Nubra valley. Later we move ahead to Nubra Valley which is also called Dumra which means valley of flowers. Arrive Nubra, check-in at camps enjoy the lunch and take some rest for a while. After that you can enjoy the ATV ride, Hunder sand dunes. Later in the evening return to you camps for overnight stay.
Today we explore the Turtuk Village. Turtuk Village is famous for its landscape, culture, language, clothes. The region is controlled by Indian Army that was recaptured by Indian Army in 1971. In evening return back to Nubra Valley.
Today having breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake with is at the height of 14,500ft via Agham & Shyok village. Pangong Lake gets its name for the Tibetan word, “Pangong Tso”, which means “high grassland lake”. Pangong Lake is the world highest Salt Lake in the world. Later return to the camps for overnight stay.
After breakfast check out from the camps, we start our drive back to Leh. En-route visit Chang La Pass for scenic beauty, Chang La Baba Temple, Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace. Reaching at Leh do check-in and relax, you may opt to visit the local market. Overnight stay at Leh.
Transfer towards Leh airport to board the flight to your onward destinations. Tour ends with Happy Memories ……
