Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi – Mussoorie ( 290 Kms : 8 Hrs)

Welcome to Delhi – There you will meet our representative will meet you and transfer you to a chauffeur driven vehicle & driven Mussoorie, check into your hotel. Evening visit mall road and local markets . Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Mussoorie – Kempty Falls – Mussoorie

Today after breakfast proceed to Kempty fall, gun hill(ropeway on a direct payment basis), lal tibba. Evening free leisure for Individual activities. Overnight stay at hotel in Mussoorie.

Day 3 : Mussoorie – Dhanaulti ( 60 Kms : 2:30 hrs)

Morning after breakfast we check out from the hotel and then drive to Dhanaulti. Check in and relax for a while after that we can visit famous Jain Temples, Eco Park, Barehipani and Joranda Falls, and Dashavatar Temple. Later, we returned to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 : Dhanalulti – Kanatal ( 90 Kms : 3 hrs)

Morning after breakfast we check out from the hotel and then drive to Kanatal. On the way Surkanda Devi Temple do darshan and move forward to Kanatal. Check in at the hotel and relax for a while after that we can visit Kaudia Forest (nature walk of 4 kms). Later return to the hotel and enjoy the evening and overnight stay.

Day 5 : Kanatal- Delhi Departure (305 Kms : 8 Hrs)

This morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and you will transfer to Delhi airport / railway station in time to board your flight / train to your onward destination.

  • 5% GST & all Government Taxes.
  • Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, Baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
  • Tips and Porter charges.

  • If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
  • Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
  • Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
  • Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
  • Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.
  • Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
  • Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.

Terms & Conditions

Travel Conditions:
  • As per the tour, the travel/ sales agent’s client has to strictly follow the tour program. If there is a group departure program it is the client 's responsibility to reach the place of the tour and register with the representative of the company at a given place, date and time.
  • In case if a client with his family discontinues the tour due to any reason including illness, death or any other personal issue, loss of any travel documents, no refund will be given for unutilized service. Even if the client is unable to reach the place due to any reason, booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ and 100% cancellation charges as no show.
  • If a client tours services, air tickets (booked under the offers) but fails to join the group or cancel the tour after using the air tickets or pre-tour arrangements, it shall be treated as no show and will not be refund whatsoever for the tour services.
  • The company has the right to cancel the clients tour whose behavior will affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and the company shall be under no liability to any person.
  • Clients who take holiday insurance can process it at their own cost. Company will not provide the assistance in claiming the travel insurance.
  • The price given to guests as the finalizing the time the company reserves the right to amend the price published in this brochure in case of fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure. The client must pay for all such increases in price before the departure.
Refund Policy:
  • Any amendments / cancellations will be directly transferred to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has been done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done and the refund will be processed after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.
Payment Policy:
  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
  • Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before the date of departure.
Cancellation Charges Per Person:
  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday:
  • If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.
  • If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advise all changes as earliest possible dates.
  • We have the right to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.
  • If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.

  • If you have any problems during your holidays, please call our representative immediately to whom you have booked the travel package. He will resolve your query.
