Welcome on arrival at Varanasi airport / Railway station, Meet & assist transfer to hotel and Day free for leisure activities. Later in the evening enjoy sunset boat ride to witness grand prayer ceremony on the Ghats of river Ganges. You will be transferred to a surreal world, as dozens of big lamps are lighted and swayed in semi-circle, in tandem by the priests to offer prayers, while singing of Vedic hymns and playing of the traditional instruments, while the visitors release 100 of small earthen lamps with flickering lights.Overnight stay hotel at Varanasi.
Early morning, drive to Daswamedh Ghat and take a boat ride with your guide on the sacred river Ganges to see the sunrise, the cremation Ghats and the sacred rituals. Watch hundreds of faithful take a bath and pray on the banks. The entire scene comes alive as a reassurance of Hindu faith and spiritualism. After Excursion to Sarnath, visit Dhamekha Stupa, Deer Park & Museum (Closed on Friday). Return for a walk through the cobblestone streets along the banks of “Ganges” and see the buzz around the shops opening and selling holy beads, handicrafts, etc. overnight stay at Varanasi hotel.
After early morning we go for a day trip to Prayagraj. Original name of Allahabad is Prayag comes from its position at the Sangam (confluence) of the Ganga, Yamuna and Sarasvati rivers. We will visit Bada Hanuman Mandir, Akshay vat Tree & Anand Bhawan. Overnight stay at hotel at Prayagraj.
After breakfast, transfer to Railway station, airport for onwards destination.
