Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Gangtok (120 kms : 5 hrs)

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok

Day 2 : Gangtok Sightseeing

Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute
of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 3 : Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.
(In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.)

Day 4 : Gangtok – NJP Rly Station / IXB airport (120 kms : 5 hrs)

After breakfast Check-out from hotel and take the departure transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB airport for your onward journey.

Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.

(Timing: 09.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs) Full Day include Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Drodul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Falls. (Maximum 6 hours) Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir. (Full day trip from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs) Optional sightseeing with additional cost 03 points include Tashi view point, Ganesh Tak& Hanuman Tak (not covered in any of the Itinerary). Saramsa Garden, Smile Land Amusement Park. Rumtek Monastery &Ranka Monastery. Nathula Pass (Indo-China Border) opens only on Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun (if permit is available). Aritar Lake. Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse& Chardham. Enchey Monastery, Cable Car (Rope way) & Zoo.
