Day 01 : Arrival In Dehradun

  • We provide a complementary stay at Dehradun.
  • Passenger should try to reach around by 02:00 PM so that there will be a smooth Check-Inn.
  • In the evening our team will give you the briefing to the passengers.

Day 02 : Dehradun – Yamunotri Dham

07: 00 Hrs. ETD From Sahastradhara Heli Drome
07: 30 Hrs. ETA At Kharsali Heli-Base

  • An early morning Hour Is The Best Time For Flying At That Time Weather And Visibility Is Clear. We Start Tour By 6 :30 Am. Passenger Will Be Check-Out Early In The Morning From The Hotel. We Pick You From The Hotel And Drive To Sahastradhara Heli Drome .
  • Reaching at Kharshali Ours Ground Staff Greet You And They Take You To Hotel Which Is At A Walking Distance Form Helipad.
  • After Breakfast, Guest Will Be Taken To Yamunotri Dham.
  • Devotees Will Be Ready Leave For Darshan In Palki From Janki Chatti (Around 5 Kms Steep Trek) To Yamunotri Temple. The Palki Ride Will Be The Best Way To Explore The Surrounding Peaks.

  • Approximate Kedarnath Temple Darshan Time Is For: 02 Hours. The Shuttle Services Flight Phata To Kedarnath Is Apporx. 07 Minutes Long.

  • Rudra Abhishek Puja At Kedarnath Ji – INR 6,500 For 05 People. If You Want To Do Rudra Abhishek Puja It Will Be Done On Subject Of Availability Of Rooms At Kedarnath Ji, So Staying There Will Have To Pay Extra.
  • Maha Abhishek Puja At Badrinath Ji – INR 4,300/Person.

GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS

  • Maximum 05/06 Passengers/Guest Will Be Allowed In 01 Helicopter. Only 5 Kg Luggage Per Passenger Will Be Permitted Due To Limited Space In The Helicopter. Passengers Bringing Excess Baggage Would Not Be Allowed To Take The Same In The Chopper. At Any Cost We Won’t Allow Passenger To Take More Luggage. This Is The Standard Rule For Aviation.
  • Our Company Shall Not Be Liable For Any Medical Emergency On The Ground To The Party. Therefore, In Your Own Interest, Guests Are Hereby Advised To Kindly Consult A Doctor And Get Medical Check-Up Done, Before Commencing The Yatra. Medical Check-Up Is Mainly Required If A Guest Has Any Medical Suffering/Condition.
  • All Temples Are Located At High Altitude Areas. Passengers Are Advice To Carry Regular Medical Kit.
  • Passengers Are Advised To Carry Small Oxygen Bottle With Them As Precaution Which Are Available At Local Shops.
  • Flying In Hills Are Subject To Many Factors Like Delayed Clearances From Air Force & Civil Aviation, VVIP Movements, Valley Flying By Indian Air Force (NOTAM), Bad Weather, Sudden Occurrence Of Technical Snag In Helicopter, Illness Of Flying Crew Or Late Reporting Of The Guests At The Helipads It May Be Plus Minus 2 Hours.
  • Passengers Should Carry Only Handbags (Soft Bags/Duffle Bags) As Suitcases Cannot Be Kept In The Helicopter. Trolleys Are Strictly Not Allowed.
  • If Individual Body Weight Exceeds 75 KG, Extra Charges Will Be Applicable At Kedarnath Shuttle.
  • Property At Yamunotri Is Basic But Bests In The Region As It Is Remote Area And Rest All Properties Are 3 To4 Star Categories.
  • Total Passengers Weight Should Not Be More Than 420 Kgs
