Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Dehradun / Rishikesh – Joshimath (290 Kms : 9 hrs)

Morning pick up from Dehradun Airport/ Rishikesh and we drive towards Joshimath.

On the way to Joshimath you can see Devprayag Sangam, Rudraprayag, Karnprayag and Dhari Devi Temple.

Reaching at Joshimath hotel, check-in to the hotel and relax for some time.

Overnight stay at the hotel in Joshimath.

Day 2 : Joshimath – Auli Excursion (15 Kms : 1 hrs)

Wake up early morning have a healthy breakfast.

Joshimath – Auli either we can go by Road or 4 kms long Gondola Ride (Direct Payment Basis).

Ropeway to Auli you will see some of the best majestic we can view Snow-Capped mountains such as Nanda Devi peak, Kamet parvat, Chaukhamba peak, Trishul peak, Hathi Parbat Himalayas Peak with dance oak forest.

On reaching Auli, you can spend a great time walking along with the beautiful artificial Auli Lake.

Here you can also indulge in various adventures activities or try your hands at Skiing through the snow.

While in Auli, you can trek up to the Gorson Bugyal (altitude of 3056 mts) that takes 3 kms reaching there.

Later in the evening, we return back to Joshimath for overnight stay.

Day 3 : Joshimath – Rishikesh (270 Kms : 8 hrs)

Post after breakfast we check out from the hotel.

Upon reaching at Rishikesh hotel, check-in to the hotel and take some rest.

Later, you can explore Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Triveni Ghat to attend Ganga Aarti in the evening,

explore local markets.

Later return to hotel for overnight stay & dinner.

Day 4 : Rishikesh Depart

Wake up refresh yourself and have a delicious breakfast.

Pack your bags and do check-out formalities.

After that we drop you at Rishikesh Railway station or Dehradun airport to board the flight or train your onward journey.

Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.

Payment Policy

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.
