06: 00 Hrs. ETD from Sahastradhara Helidrome

  • Passengers to report at Sahastradhara Helidrome by 0500 Hrs.
  • In case flight is getting delayed due to NOTAM/delayed clearances/bad weather etc., we shall convey to the passengers in advance, so that they may report according to the delayed timings at the Helidrome.
  • Sersi / Phata we take the shuttle services for Kedarnath ji shrine from here.
  • Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in a shuttle services flight.
  • Passengers will be allowed maximum 02 hours for the darshan.
  • Once the darshan is done, we bring down the passengers to Sersi / Phata helipad.

  • On arrival at Badrinath helipad, our staff will take the passengers for darshan in a car. Temple is around 15 mins away.
  • Approximately 01-1.5 hrs. will be allowed to passengers for darshan. And, no delays will be permitted, as our flights operate as per a schedule.
  • After darshan, passengers will be brought back to Badrinath helipad for their flight to Sahastradhara Helidrome.

11 : 30 Hrs ETA at Sahastradhara Helidrome

  • Having breakfast / Lunch passengers will check out from the hotel and will depart to Sahastradhara Helidrome.
  • On arrival at Sahastradhara Helidrome, our team will greet the guests. Later, they will be taken to Dehradun hotel to collect the luggage from cloak rooms, and then be dropped to airport/railway station.

  • In Case Passengers Test COVID Positive Before The Travel, Or The Yatra Gets Called-Off By The Government, Or Any National Or State Emergency Is Imposed, There Will Be No Refunds Applicable.

However, Passengers Will Be Provided A Credit Voucher By Traveloi Holiday India Pvt Ltd Against The Advance Paid, Which Will Be Valid For One Year. It Can Be Utilized Against Any Of Our Helicopter Tours Or Charter Services (For The Full Amount Of The Credit Voucher), By The Passengers Or Any Of Their Friends/Relatives.

GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS

  • Maximum 05/06 Passengers/Guest Will Be Allowed In 01 Helicopter. Only 2 Kg Luggage Per Passenger Will Be Permitted Due To Limited Space In The Helicopter. Passengers Bringing Excess Baggage Would Not Be Allowed To Take The Same In The Chopper. At Any Cost We Won’t Allow Passenger To Take More Luggage. This Is The Standard Rule For Aviation.
  • Our Company Shall Not Be Liable For Any Medical Emergency On The Ground To The Party. Therefore, In Your Own Interest, Guests Are Hereby Advised To Kindly Consult A Doctor And Get Medical Check-Up Done, Before Commencing The Yatra. Medical Check-Up Is Mainly Required If A Guest Has Any Medical Suffering/Condition.
  • All Temples Are Located At High Altitude Areas. Passengers Are Advice To Carry Regular Medical Kit.
  • Passengers Are Advised To Carry Small Oxygen Bottle With Them As Precaution Which Are Available At Local Shops.
  • Flying In Hills Are Subject To Many Factors Like Delayed Clearances From Air Force & Civil Aviation, VVIP Movements, Valley Flying By Indian Air Force (NOTAM), Bad Weather, Sudden Occurrence Of Technical Snag In Helicopter, Illness Of Flying Crew Or Late Reporting Of The Guests At The Helipads It May Be Plus Minus 2 Hours.
  • Passengers Should Carry Only Handbags (Soft Bags/Duffle Bags) As Suitcases Cannot Be Kept In The Helicopter. Trolleys Are Strictly Not Allowed.
  • If Individual Body Weight Exceeds 75 KG, Extra Charges Will Be Applicable At Kedarnath Shuttle.
  • Property At Yamunotri Is Basic But Bests In The Region As It Is Remote Area And Rest All Properties Are 3 To4 Star Categories.
  • Total Passengers Weight Should Not Be More Than 445 Kgs
  • Please Share Your Actual Body Weight At The Time Of Booking. Your Body Weight Will Be Measured Before Your Departure.
  • Any Passenger Weight Above 75 Kgs, Shall Have To Pay Extra Weight Charges @ INR 2000rs/Kg For The Excess Weight, Toward The Extra Weight Charges Shuttle Service At Guptkashi / Phata Or Sersi On Direct Payment Basis.
