Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Haridwar – Phata (250 Kms: 8-9 hrs)

Morning arrived at Haridwar railway station / Dehraudn Airport we pick you from there and we departs to Phata. On the way we can see Devprayag Sangam and moving forwards towards on the way visit Dhar Devi Temple. Arriving at Phata hotel, check –inn at hotel relaxes and sees mountains. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Pahta – Kedarnath – Badrinath – Pahta

Wake up early in the morning according to plan as we brief you one day earlier in the evening. We pick you from hotel before 30mints on the given time from to do the boarding process later according to the below schedule we fly to Kedarnath & Badrinath Ji from (Phata /Sersi Helipad) according to flying time given below.

06: 23 Hrs we fly from Phata Helibase.
06: 30 Hrs Reached Kedarnath Ji VIP Darshan.
Kedarnath Ji you will get 1:30 Hrs to do Pooja and Darshan.
Around 09: 40 AM Phata / Sersi Helipad do breakfast.
Once the darshan is done, we bring down the passengers to Sersi / Phata helipad.

Kedarnath – Badrinath
09 : 00 Hrs ETA at Badrinath Heli-Base

On arrival at Badrinath helipad, our staff will take the passengers for darshan in a car. Temple is around 15 mins away.
Approximately 01 -1.5 hrs. will be allowed to passengers for darshan. And, no delays will be permitted, as our flights operate as per a schedule. We pick you from Badrinath Helipad and reached at Temple there you Do VIP Darshans & Pooja and then return to Sarovar Portico/ Snow Crest for Lunch.
After having Lunch we fly back to Guptkashi at Phata / Sersi Helipad and from there we drive to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3 : Phata Depart (250 Kms: 8-9 hrs)

After having breakfast we drive to Dehradun/ Haridwar to board the flight/train to your onward destination feeling contented about a wonderful Do dham Spiritual Yatra you spent in the “Dev Bhoomi ”.

Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.
Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.
