Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi – Mussoorie (290 Kms : 8 hrs)

  • Morning pick up from Delhi Airport / Railway station and we drive towards Mussoorie.
  • On the way to Mussoorie we can visit famous Shiv Madnir Temple, after spending some time we proceed towards Mussoorie.
  • Reaching at Mussoorie hotel, check-in to the hotel and relax for some time.
  • Evening roam around mall road and local market.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Mussoorie.

    • Day 2 : Mussoorie Excursion

  • After delicious breakfast get ready for Mussoorie local tour .
  • First we go to visit Kempty Waterfalls, a popular tourist attraction near Mussoorie.
  • Visit Gun Hill by Rope way (direct payment basis), George Hill Everest, Company Garden , Lal Tibba, and Municipal Garden (sightseeing depends on time duration).
  • Return back to hotel for overnight stay and dinner.

    • Day 3 : Mussoorie – Chopta (280 Kms : 9 hrs)

  • Today wake up early in the morning, enjoy breakfast and then check-out from the hotel and proceed to your next destination Chopta.
  • Drive through thick oak forest and beautiful Tehri lake.
  • On the way visit the famous Goddess Dhari Devi Temple 15kms ahead to Srinagar.
  • Visit the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers at Rudrapryag.
  • This is the hard day for travelling, so reaching camps site check in at Camp, call it a day.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Chopta.

    • Day 4 : Chopta – Tungnath (3 Kms : 4hrs) – Chandrashilla (2 Kms : 1 hrs) Excursion

  • Wake up early in the morning, see the panoramic views of mountains and have a healthy breakfast.
  • Get ready for 5 kms trek to Chandra Shilla Peak.
  • 3.5 kms to Tungnath the highest lord Shiva Temple, guide telling the famous important surroundings while we cross through the grassland and meadows.
  • Take blessing from Lord Shiva, you can proceed to a short trek to Chandra Shilla Peak.
  • At the top you can see the stunning 360° view of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks such as Nanda Devi, Bandarpunch, Chaukhamba, and Kedar Peak.
  • Seeing the Sunrise / Sunset from top it’s amazing experience.
  • Start your trek back towards Chopta.
  • Reaching at Chopta we drive towards camps site for overnight and dinner.

    • Day 5 : Chopta – Joshimath – Auli (140 Kms : 4 hrs)

  • Wake up early in the morning, see the beautiful view of the mountains and have a healthy breakfast.
  • Today after breakfast we check-out from the hotel and then drive towards Auli via Joshimath.
  • Reaching at Auli we do the check-inn formalities.
  • Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

    • Day 6 : Auli Excursion

  • Wake up early to a beautiful morning seeing the lake, mountains and have a healthy breakfast.
  • We can do Gondola Ride form Joshimath to Auli (4 Kms).
  • Ropeway to Auli you will see some of the best majestic we can view Snow-Capped mountains such as Nanda Devi peak, Kamet parvat, Chaukhamba peak, Trishul peak, Hathi Parbat Himalayas Peak with dance oak forest.
  • Spend a great time walking along with the beautiful artificial Auli Lake.
  • Here you can also indulge in various adventures activities or try your hands at Skiing through the snow.
  • While in Auli, you can trek up to the Gorson Bugyal (altitude of 3056 mts) that takes 3 kms reaching there.
  • Later in the evening, we come back to Auli for dinner.

    • Day 7 : Auli – Rishikesh (280 Kms : 8 hrs)

  • Wake up refresh yourself and have a delicious breakfast.
  • Pack your bags and do check-out formalities.
  • After that we drive to Rishikesh on the way visit Dhari Devi Temple, Devprayag .
  • Reaching at Rishikesh, check-in to the hotel and take some rest you go for sightseeing tour. .
  • Rishikesh we can visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Triveni Ghat attend Ganga Aarti ,explore local markets.
  • Return back to hotel for overnight stay and dinner.

    • Day 8 : Rishikesh Depart

  • Wake up refresh yourself and have a delicious breakfast.
  • Pack your bags and do check-out formalities.
  • After that we drop you at Delhi Railway station or airport to board the flight or train your onward journey.

    • Inclusions

    • Accommodation on Twin sharing basis.
    • Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (set menu).
    • Entire travel as per the itinerary with private vehicle (AC will be switched off while travelling in hill ares, Vehicle not at disposal).
    • Sightseeing covered as mentioned in the itinerary (entrance fee and guide charges are not included)
    • Fuel parking, toll taxes, Interstate taxes, permit, driver allowance, & night halt charges.

    Exclusions

    • GST of 5% to be paid on total package cost.
    • Any Air Fare & Train ticket.
    • Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, Baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
    • Room Heater Charges.
    • Any Insurance Cost.
    • If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.
    • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
    • Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
    • Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
    • Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
    • Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
    • Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.
    • Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
    • Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.

  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
  • Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

    • Cancellation Charges

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

    • Refund Policy

  • Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

    • If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

  • If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.
  • If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.
  • We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.
  • If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.

  • IIf you have any problem during your holidays, please call our representative immediately whom you have booked the travel package. He will resolve your query.
