Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi Airport / Railway Station – Nainital (315 Kms : 6-7 hrs)

Morning arrived at Delhi airport / railway station and proceed Nainital. On arrival at Nainital Hotel, do check –inn at hotel and relax for some time. After refreshment you will, proceed for sightseeing tour, beginning with boating on the famous Nainital Lake-Naini Lake (at your own cost) and visit the holy Naina Devi Temple, after that we go for famous tourist spots like Tiffin Top, Naina Peak, Cave Garden, Bara Pathar, Lover’s Point, Lands’ End, Naina Peak etc. (sightseeing will be covered as per time permitting). In the evening, enjoy shopping at the mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Note:– Tempo traveller or higher seating vehicle are allowed upto Nainital Parking only. For local sightseeing in Nainital guest has to take local vehicle for sightseeing from Nainital Union on direct payment basis.

Day 2 : Nainital Sightseeing

Today after breakfast we go for sightseeing tour of Nainital for that what we will miss on Day 1 we cover them in first half after that we will cover Bhimtal , Sattal, Naukuchiatal . Later, we drive back to the hotel for a night stay.

Day 3 : Nainital – Corbett (90 Kms : 3 hrs)

Today after breakfast we go for sightseeing tour of Corbett . On arrival at Hotel, check –inn at hotel relax for some time. After refreshment you will gor for Garjia Devi Temple and Corbett fall. Dinner and overnight stay in Corbett.
Note: Jeep Safari booking at Corbett National Park will be done at least 45-60 days before.

Day 4 : Corbett – Delhi Depart (255 Kms : 6-7 hrs)

Today we go for Corbett Jungle Safari ,where you can see tiger, elephant,deer, leopards etc. Then return to hotel for brakfast. Post breakfast you will be drive towards Delhi airoport / railway station to board the flight / train to your onward journey.

Inclusions

Accommodation on Twin sharing basis.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner (set menu).
1 Jeep Safari in Jim Corbett.
Entire travel as per the itinerary with private vehicle (AC will be switched off while travelling in hill ares, Vehicle not at disposal).
Sightseeing covered as mentioned in the itinerary (entrance fee and guide charges are not included)
Fuel parking, toll taxes, Interstate taxes, permit, driver allowance, & night halt charges.

Exclusions

GST of 5% to be paid on total package cost.
Any Air Fare & Train ticket.
Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, Baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
Room Heater Charges.
Any Insurance Cost.
If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.
Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.
Cost arises due to change or delay in the flight timings. Traveloi Holiday India Pvt Ltd as a responsible travel partner try to minimize the impact but Traveloi Holiday India Pvt Ltd will not liable / responsible for such incidents.

Payment Policy

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.

IIf you have any problem during your holidays, please call our representative immediately whom you have booked the travel package. He will resolve your query.

Travel Tips

Special Note

Price is valid till 30th June 2024.

Rates are not valid for long weekend, Holi, New Year & Christmas and other festive season surcharges will be applicable.

Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest want to visit additional sightseeing there will be extra charges applicable.

While travelling you must carry election card, Driving License, Passport for security reasons.

Driver is NOT a Guide he will drop you at sightseeing place mentioned in the package , rest you have to explore the places by your own.

If the hotel is not available, we will book your rooms on similar category hotel .

We have given you the price of Standard hotel if you want to upgrade the hotel price me vary and direct born by the guest.
