Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Srinagar

Srinagar the lake city welcomes you. On arrival at the Srinagar airport, you will be received by Traveloi representative / driver. Reaching at the hotel check –inn at hotel relax for some time. After refreshment you will, proceed for sightseeing tour we start from the world-famous Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh , Shalimar Bagh , Chasme Shahi Garden, and also visit to the Shankaracharya Temple. Later in the evening proceed for shikara riding in Dal Lake. Overnight Srinagar Houseboat.

Day 2 : Srinagar – Sonmarg (90 Kms : 3 hrs)

Today after the breakfast we leave to visit Sonmarg, where you can enjoy horse riding and visit Thajiwas Glacier where you find the snow which remains through out the years. Evening return to Srinagar for overnight stay.

Day 3 : Srinagar – Gulmarg (60 Kms : 3 hrs)

Today after breakfast we go Gulmarg . Gulmarg you will see rice fields, but the main attraction is Gulmarg Gondola ride which is the Asia’s largest cable car. There you will see the world’s highest golfe course. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4 : Gulmarg – Pahalgam (140 Kms : 4 hrs)

After having breakfast, we check out from the and drive towards Pahalgam know as ‘The valley of Shepherds or Trekker’s Paradise,’. Pahalgam is most popular destination among the Indian film industry. On the way we can visit Saffron fields, Awantipur ruins (1100-yr-old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiverma). On arrival at Pahalgam we check-inn at hotel relax yourself and evening see the magnificent views of mountains. Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 5 : Pahalgam Sightseeing

Today after breakfast we depart for Betab valley & Aru valley. Betab valley earlier known as Hajan Valley but after the Bollywood movie shooting Betab it’s gets this name. Aru Valley known for its scenic meadows, and mountains, It is the base camps for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. Return back to hotel for overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 6 : Pahalgam – Srinagar Depart (100 Kms : 4:30 hrs)

Morning, breakfast, drive towards Srinagar airport to board the flight to your onward journey.

If the destination of a particular day can’t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Any kind of food or beverages that is not included in the package like mineral water, refreshments/meals/lunches on the root or hotels.
Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry etc.
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out (Subject to Room Availability).
Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc.
Any expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control.
Any extra sightseeing apart from the itinerary.
Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: the booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Refund Policy

Any amendments / cancellations will be paid directly transfer to the client for booking made directly to the company the way payment has be done by demand draft /cheque/ cash/ internet banking / imps. The sales agents or travel agent, the booking has been done the refund will be process after discussing with them. It would at least take 30 days to process refunds. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, and sightseeing etc.) For any reason whatsoever 30 days before departure — 50% of the amount.

If We Change Or Cancel Your Holiday

If we make any changes to your travel plan, we make all arrangements in advance.

If we make changes, we reserve the right to do so any time. If there are any changes, we will advices all changes as earliest possible dates.

We have the rights to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Due to bad weather or any reasons beyond our control. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already started.

If the tour has already started, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a booking basis depending on the tour portion that you have utilized.
