To Mr Kaushal Ramola and traveloi holidays for helping me plan the most perfect first holiday to Uttarakhand from 23-29June . It was a spiritual trip to cover my 12th jyotirling and 4 th dham so a big milestone that I wanted to turn in to a memorable and experience AND IT DID!!’ The itenarary was perfect with flexibility baked in to accommodate bad weather / traffic and any unforeseen circumstances given the unpredictable weather conditions at both Kedarnath and Badrinath. All the hotels booked udman at Haridwar , shivas trident at phata ( this one was my favorite) , lord’s centric at Badrinath ( the staff here was underwhelming but rest of the experience was okay ) Narayana at Rudraprayag ( don’t go by the google reviews on cleanliness this was a perfectly clean hotel with great views of the valley ) and last minute change that I requested to change the Rishikesh property to Dehradun as a 11 hour traffic jam dint allow us to even enter Rishikesh and we had to take a detour ( Kaushal very kindly agreed to change the property to a very nice new property on sahastra Dhara road in Dehradun within a matter of an hour and NO Fuss 😊) The drijver of the trip Ajay bhaiya was really nice and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed listening to the stories of the various temples and he was really well behaved gentleman. The agency was in constant touch with me throughout the trip and the overall experience was amazing . I also learnt on this trip that all the hotels from travelois inventory serve all meals to drivers and a place to sleep in alll their properties , this according to me a a really kind gesture and something I haven’t seen anywhere else in India and I have travelled quite a lot 😊 Thank you traveloi for the kindness, flexibility and for curating one of the best holiday experiences for me . Vivekji was extremely prompt and responsive throughout, making every interaction smooth and reassuring. Our tour guide, Bharat ji, was truly exceptional — patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we covered every single destination on the itinerary. His calm and accommodating nature made the entire pilgrimage stress-free and deeply fulfilling. Hotel accommodations were excellent at all stops, with Kedarnath being the only exception. The food throughout the journey was absolutely wonderful. The trip was exceptionally well planned, and the team took away most of the stress associated with organizing such a journey. A special mention goes to Sangya Ji, whose dedication, responsiveness, and support throughout the trip are the primary reasons I am giving a five-star rating. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The hotels selected did not meet expectations and felt below the standard one would anticipate for the package. Additionally, the stay manager at Kedarnath was rude and lacked empathy in dealing with guests, which negatively impacted the experience. The driver was professional, punctual, and generally kept to himself, which I appreciated. However, there were instances where he appeared to discourage or skip certain destinations by providing misleading information, seemingly to save time.
