We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Below are the cancellation terms based on the type of package booked.
Short-Haul Destinations
30+ Days Before Departure:
- The initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note, valid for future bookings.
15 to 30 Days Before Departure:
- 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note for future travel.
14 Days or Less Before Departure:
- 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
Long-Haul Destinations
45+ Days Before Departure:
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance will be issued as a credit note for future travel.
30 to 45 Days Before Departure:
- 60% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.
15 to 29 Days Before Departure:
- 80% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.
14 Days or Less Before Departure:
- 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Airline ticket cancellation fees will be charged as per the airline’s policy.
- If your booking includes any non-refundable services (such as visa fees, permits, or special activities), these will not be refunded.
- Credit notes issued under this policy will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
- In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel bans), we will evaluate refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
- A 5% processing fee may apply on cancellations, in addition to applicable taxes and service charges.
