Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Below are the cancellation terms based on the type of package booked.

Short-Haul Destinations

30+ Days Before Departure:

  • The initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note, valid for future bookings.

15 to 30 Days Before Departure:

  • 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note for future travel.

14 Days or Less Before Departure:

  • 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

Long-Haul Destinations

45+ Days Before Departure:

  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance will be issued as a credit note for future travel.

30 to 45 Days Before Departure:

  • 60% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.

15 to 29 Days Before Departure:

  • 80% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.

14 Days or Less Before Departure:

  • 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Airline ticket cancellation fees will be charged as per the airline’s policy.
  • If your booking includes any non-refundable services (such as visa fees, permits, or special activities), these will not be refunded.
  • Credit notes issued under this policy will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
  • In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel bans), we will evaluate refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
  • A 5% processing fee may apply on cancellations, in addition to applicable taxes and service charges.
