Welcome to Traveloi! By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A minimum deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The remaining balance must be paid before the deadline specified for your package.
  • Failure to complete payments by the due date may result in automatic cancellation without a refund.
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier price adjustments.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per Traveloi’s Cancellation Policy.
  • Any changes in travel dates may incur additional costs based on airline, hotel, and other service provider policies.

3. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.
  • Traveloi is not responsible for denied boarding, immigration rejections, or any consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
  • Some destinations may have vaccination or health requirements; travelers must check and comply with them.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Traveloi reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government regulations, or operational issues).
  • If changes are necessary, we will make every effort to provide an alternate itinerary of similar value.
  • In rare cases where an alternate itinerary is not possible, refunds will be considered based on the nature of the cancellation.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unexpected situations.
  • Traveloi is not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages that occur during the trip.

6. Code of Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Travelers are expected to follow local laws and respect cultural norms while on tour.
  • Any behavior that disrupts the tour or endangers others may result in removal from the group without a refund.
  • Traveloi is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages during the tour.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

  • Traveloi acts as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, transport services, and other vendors. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or changes caused by third-party service providers.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

8. Photography & Media Consent

  • By participating in a Traveloi tour, you consent to photos and videos being taken for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform our team in advance.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints during the trip should be reported immediately to our team so we can attempt to resolve them.
  • In case of unresolved disputes, they will be handled as per the governing laws of [Your Country].

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Traveloi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Traveloi reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
