Itinerary
Arrival at Kochi and you will transfer to Munnar. Munnar is above 1800mts sea level. On the way to Munnar visit Valparai, Cheeyappara waterfalls and Tea Plantations. On arrival at Munnar do check in formalities, and relax, in the evening you can explore the local markets. Overnight stay at Munnar.
After breakfast proceed to Munnar sightseeing. We begin with Mattupetty Dam(a beautiful spot for viewing the picturesque Munnar), Kundala Lake – a natural lake with recreational facilities like boating and having excellent views of the Western Ghats as well as the forest surrounded by. Also visit Eco point and tea plantations. Post lunch you will be taken to Eravikulam national park; where the endangered Nilgiri Tahr is conserved. If you get some time free then try your hands at some optional activity spots. Back to the hotel Enjoy your last night sleep at Munnar. Return back to hotel for overnight stay.
Today morning after breakfast, we check out form the hotel and we drive to Thekkady which is the highly picturesque destination. En route we visit the Spice Plantation. On arrival at Thekkady we check in to the hotel and relax for some time. Later walk on the street at Thekkady, visit Elephant Junction to where you can enjoy Elephant Ride and watch Elephant Bathing. In the evening see live show of Kerala Martial arts known as Kalaripayattu (On Direct Payment basis). Later evening you will drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Morning breakfast check from the hotel and you will be proceed to the traditional style Kerala Houseboat/ Kettuvallam by 12:00 pm. A moving houseboat of Kerala is a unique experience. You will have an ever-memorable backwater cruise through the beautiful lagoons and waterways coir villages in Alleppey till 05:30 Pm. All your 3 complimentary meals, evening tea and snack will be prepared and served by an exclusive chef on board. Overnight stay at a houseboat.
After breakfast check out form the hotel and drive to Kochi. On arrival check in at the hotel and rest day is leisure. Later afternoon you can explore Kochi visit the Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue and see the Chinese fishing nets on the harbour. Overnight at Kochi hotel.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Kochi airport to board the flight to your onward journey.
